What they're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) and minimum of 2- 5 years of industry experience in design and analysis OR Master of Science (MS) and 0-3 years of industry experience in design and analysis
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or AutoCAD
  • Practical understanding of DFM/DFMA implications of material and process selection
  • Knowledge of GD&T, drafting standards, and engineering documentation practices
