- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or engineering-driven industries
- Proven success sourcing for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles
- Strong understanding of aerospace and defense roles (e.g., systems engineering, avionics, RF, software, manufacturing)
- Familiarity with U.S. security clearances and related hiring considerations
- Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar platforms
