Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), supporting the execution of high-priority, high-visibility, cross functional initiatives that shape Chime’s strategic direction, handpicked as mission critical by our C-Suite.

- A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting role
- Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, complemented by outstanding program management skills
- Deep experience in improving cross-functional operations & scaling systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing
- Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without authority environments
- Skilled at managing change and multiple workstreams at once

You’ll work across the entirety of Chime – Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and more – to fully embed and drive the organizational backbone of this work by eliminating risks, ensuring clear communication and driving decisions that enable Chime’s strategy. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $138,000 and up to $190,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
