Serve as the primary point of contact for local staff to ensure seamless communication and provide timely resolution to all HR-related inquiries. Streamline the onboarding experience and lifecycle management by meticulously maintaining employee records, documentation, and contract agreements to foster a compliant and organized workplace. Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave administration to guarantee operational efficiency and provide reliable support for the growing engineering team in Cisco Armenia.
What they're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role within a technology or engineering environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of local employment law and labor regulations
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- High degree of professional discretion, integrity, and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
