About the role
As a Engineering Technical Leader, you will serve as a primary technical driver for the Partner Hub. You will provide high-level architectural guidance, lead the development of complex features, and ensure our platform remains scalable, secure, and resilient. By collaborating closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams, you will translate intricate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical field
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on enterprise-grade systems
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, complex software solutions within a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- Demonstrated history of leading technical projects and navigating cross-functional team dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to provide visionary technical leadership and influence architectural direction across multiple engineering teams
