About the role
As a BDR , you will operate at the intersection of marketing and sales to support the growth of AI Labs. You will own the research and outreach strategies to generate meaningful engagement with top prospects and customers, facilitating the partnerships that bring equitable and affordable transit to communities worldwide and supercharging the public sector with AI solutions.

- Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or a sales development (BDR/SDR) role
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use campaign data to identify what’s working and where to pivot strategy
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools to manage high volumes of outreach and research effectively
- Clear, concise communicator capable of writing professional outreach and explaining complex AI solutions simply
- Hungry to learn about AI, automation opportunities in the Public Sector, and the Via buying audience, with a proven ability to implement feedback quickly
- Resilient and team player who enjoys building relationships over time and remains undeterred by setbacks
