We’re looking for a Geospatial Support & Operations Manager to help build our Houston support operation. You’ll be a go-to resource for customers, helping them get started with our systems, understand the right workflows, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and confidently use our geospatial automation and machine control technology in the field. What they're looking for
- Relevant experience with geospatial technology, surveying, GNSS/GPS positioning, construction layout, machine control, or closely related technical products
- Experience providing customer-facing technical support, product training, applications support, or equipment onboarding
- The ability to troubleshoot systematically, distinguish setup or user-workflow issues from problems requiring advanced support, and communicate clear findings to the right team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers with different levels of experience
- Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage support requests, equipment readiness, inventory, and daily operational priorities
- A practical, service-oriented approach: comfortable working independently, supporting customers under pressure, and taking ownership without needing a rigid process for every situation
