About the role
Employee Setup & Basic IT Support: Help set up new hires with equipment, systems access, and accounts (e.g., email, Slack, Rippling). Serve as a first point of contact for basic IT and technical troubleshooting, escalating more complex issues as needed. Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding logistics (sending offer letters, inputting data, scheduling training sessions) and offboarding tasks (asset retrieval, systems deactivation) at the end of the season. The Seasonal People & Operations Associate is responsible for owning and driving our temporary/seasonal recruitment cycles while supporting core People and Operational workflows. This role requires high attention to detail, exceptional candidate care, and strong tactical execution.
