- 2+ years of work or internship experience, including but not limited to cross-functional roles such as Strategy/Business/Product Operations, Program Management, Consultancy or Business Analytics
- Experience solving operational problems by improving processes, designing workflows, or building scalable systems, while juggling multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data (e.g., SQL, Python) to diagnose problems and support decisions
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex problems simply and align stakeholders across teams
- A deep curiosity that drives you to reason from first principles and dig until you find the root cause
- The habit of rolling up your sleeves and going to the source. You don't just take someone's word for it, you find out for yourself by testing the feature, listening to the agent call, calling the customer, or running the workflow
