- Build AI agent workflows for outbound sales, including lead qualification, outreach, response handling, performance monitoring and human-in-the-loop handoff
- Connect data enrichment, lead scoring, campaign queues, CRM workflows and feedback loops into a repeatable operating system.7
- Use Python, SQL and APIs to build tools, integrations and automations
- Work with BigQuery and CRM data to define ICPs, segment leads, score merchants and monitor funnel performance
- Run GTM experiments with clear hypotheses, control groups, metrics and kill/scale criteria
- Create contextual outbound journeys using merchant data, local proof points and business relevance
