About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for mission-critical software platforms. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and designers to transform complex technical capabilities into products that solve real user problems in high-stakes environments. This product operates at the intersection of high-fidelity simulation, geospatial data, AI, and real-time decision-making—environments where product decisions have meaningful operational impact.

- Experience owning software products from discovery through launch in a technical B2B, enterprise, or platform environment
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new industries, technologies, and customer domains, becoming an effective product leader without requiring deep prior subject matter expertise
- Strong customer discovery and user research skills, with experience translating customer insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Excellent product judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to make smart tradeoffs under uncertainty
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering and Design as equal partners throughout the product development lifecycle
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive product experiences
