The role provides functional and organizational leadership for supply planning, production planning, master scheduling, material and inventory management, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities to ensure alignment of customer demand, production capacity, material availability, inventory, and business priorities.
The Senior Manager leads development of executable supply and production plans, establishes planning policies and operating cadence, manages material and capacity constraints, and ensures effective flow and control of materials through the manufacturing and distribution environment. The role partners closely with Operations, Program Management, Demand Management, Finance, Engineering, Quality, IT, and business leadership to improve delivery performance, inventory effectiveness.
