About the role
We are seeking a Senior Metrology Process Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in semiconductor thin-film and dimensional metrology. This position will be responsible for developing, sustaining, and optimizing metrology processes supporting GaAs and InP device manufacturing. The ideal candidate will serve as the process and technical owner for multiple metrology systems and lead data-driven efforts to improve measurement capability, process control, yield, and manufacturing performance.
