Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading a team of process engineers and technicians and provide advice to other process engineering managers. The manager will supervise all aspects of process engineering activities, including process control, yield management, process development, and technical problem-solving by providing resources and technical guidance. He/she will align the activities of individual engineers with the goal of the organization, including the quality and environmental objectives, by identifying key actions and setting priorities. The manager will help the professional development of team members and maintain cooperative teamwork. This person will serve as the technical representative for the engineering group in internal/external communication.
