Job Summary: The Optician, R&D Technician, supports the fabrication, polishing, measurement, and evaluation of both precision and optical components for research and development activities. This position assists with optical finishing processes, operates metrology equipment, and supports prototype development under the guidance of senior technical personnel. The role works closely with engineers, scientists, and senior opticians to support product development, process improvement, and manufacturing objectives.
