- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in business, management, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with capacity to identify second-order effects and streamline processes accordingly
- Proven willingness to engage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate in team settings
- Familiarity with finance or banking concepts, with interest in crypto and digital assets
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

Join the Institutional Operations Solutions (IOS) team within the Institutional group as a Institutional Operations Intern. This team manages risk and delivers operational solutions across Coinbase’s Institutional organization, supporting a broad range of teams and functions that help scale the institutional business.
