What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting coordination and sourcing in a B2B SaaS company,
- Experience supporting Go-To-Market hiring (e.g., Sales, Account Executives, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, etc)
- Familiarity with a variety of tools, including ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Demonstrated accountability and a track record of taking ownership and problem-solving
- Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities

Partner closely with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to facilitate and streamline the interview process.
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging journey that reflects our commitment to attracting top talent.
Support Talent Managers with job creation, as well as onboarding coordination and support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support efforts to standardize and document the hiring process.
Utilize sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to drive a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify potential candidates across various roles and departments, with a focus on passive candidates.
Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
