- • Requires 2 to 4 years of related experience in software implementation, CRM or AMS consulting, or client-facing professional services
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and trust with customers
- • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
- • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
