What they're looking for
- Perform monthly variance analysis, explaining what drives differences between actuals and budget across revenue, expense, and headcount in clear, decision-ready narratives
- Build, enhance, and maintain the 3-statement financial model, keeping it current as the business evolves and usable as a live planning and scenario tool
- Calculate and administer variable compensation plans, including commission and bonus accruals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company performance metrics
- Support the monthly close process in close collaboration with the Accounting team — reviewing accruals, reconciling data, and helping ensure financial statements are complete and on time
- Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and multi-year planning — building the revenue, expense, and headcount models that support budget owners across the business
- Respond to internal and external reporting needs on a timely basis, from recurring management packages to ad hoc executive requests
