About the role
This role is based in our Foster City, CA office five days a week. The expected salary for this full-time position is $160,000 to $200,000 + equity + benefits. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in strategic finance / FP&A. Track record of bringing impact, ownership, and builder instincts
- You've already used AI tools to compress analysis, modeling, or commentary work, and you won't cut corners on accuracy to get there
- Hands-on SaaS or B2B software FP&A experience: ARR/NRR, deferred revenue, cohort/retention thinking, headcount and opex planning
- Advanced Excel (and ideally SQL or a BI tool such as Tableau / Looker / Power BI). Comfortable in NetSuite or a comparable ERP as a consumer and partner to Accounting
- Business partnership instincts: you've sat with GMs or functional leaders, pushed back on plans, and left them with clearer decisions
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment, prioritize across multiple assignments, and learn quickly
