What they're looking for
- 1-2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or business or project coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail: you catch the amount that's off by a digit and the missing approval before anyone else does
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, with proven ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong Excel skills and comfort maintaining trackers, calendars, and status reporting
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain momentum in high-growth environments, including the capacity to act effectively when faced with ambiguity or incomplete data
