What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 3–5+ years of data analysis experience, with hands-on experience in master data management, data governance, or data analysis within a Finance organization at a publicly listed company
- Experience developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures across cross-functional teams in a SOX-compliant environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and a builder mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with agility in the face of ambiguity
- You’ve supported system implementations, migrations, and re-architecture of an ERP system (e.g. NetSuite, S/4 HANA, Oracle)

We’re hiring our first dedicated data governance team member to help build and scale our Data & System Governance processes and tools. As the Accounting Enablement Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of ERP-related master data objects.
