What they're looking for
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7+ years of relevant legal experience supporting commercial real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate agreements and construction-related agreements
- Experience managing title, survey, zoning, land use, permitting, utility, entitlement, and related regulatory matters
- Experience leading real estate due diligence processes and transaction closings
- Experience advising on construction risk allocation, claims management, indemnities, warranties, and dispute resolution matters
