The Site Selection Manager partners closely with Capacity Planning, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external partners to maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline that aligns with CoreWeave’s technical, commercial, and time-to-market objectives.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, commercial real estate, or related fields
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, including utility infrastructure and regional regulatory frameworks
- Experience facilitating or leading commercial lease negotiations and executing complex due diligence workflows
- Proven ability to manage high-volume project pipelines with a high degree of accuracy and consistent follow-through
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent deals and meeting deadlines within fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical or financial information to diverse audiences
