About the role
The Global Supplier Management and Technical Sourcing team builds the strategic partnerships that fuel technical innovation, uphold rigorous quality standards, and deliver significant cost savings through optimized supply chain solutions. The team works across engineering, product, operations, legal, finance, and the global supply base to secure the hardware, systems, and infrastructure required to scale CoreWeave’s data center deployments.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Equivalent experience in high-tech commodity management will be considered
- Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategy and translate it into executed results, on schedule and against measurable cost, quality, and supply objectives
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills, with a track record of leading complex commercial agreements to signature
- Strong command of should-cost modeling, total cost of ownership analysis, and value analysis, with the financial and analytical fluency to defend a position with data
- Technical depth sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams on requirements, trade-offs, and supplier technical proposals
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior supplier stakeholders
