About the role
Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associate IIs are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program throughout the market. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a F&B Associate II whose responsibilities will include:
- Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning clients’ office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
- Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
- Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
