- The PM / TPM Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Spark Technical Project Management team to coordinate the roadmap to project execution hand-off
- Requirements Discipline: Understand and enforce the distinction between market, product, and engineering requirements
- Engineering Partnership: Work directly with electrical, mechanical, and network engineering leads to pressure-test feasibility against product intent, and quantify tradeoffs
- Edge Compute Alignment: Partner with the Group Product Manager, Edge Compute, to keep the Spark hardware roadmap and edge product strategy in sync, particularly around GPU generation cut-ins and rack architecture choices that affect both
