What they're looking for
- 10+ years in Pub technical account management, customer success, or program/project management, with 5+ years dedicated to federal or public sector customers
- Demonstrated, active relationships with systems integrators and primes delivering into government (not just familiarity — real working relationships with named SI delivery and capture teams)
- Deep, current knowledge of how public sector work gets contracted and delivered: IDIQs, task orders, prime/sub structures, OTAs, GWACs (e.g., SEWP, Alliant, CIO-SP3), and how that shapes program execution
- Working knowledge of SOC/security operations tooling
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs against contractual deliverables and timelines (SOWs, ATOs, milestone-based delivery)
- Fluency in government compliance and authorization frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, RMF/ATO lifecycle, continuous monitoring)
