About the role

D-Wave is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong Optimization knowledge to lead technical engagements with North American customers and support the integration and deployment of our quantum computing solutions. In this client-facing advisory role, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor externally, helping customers identify use cases, solve complex problems, and achieve successful adoption of our platform.

  • Translate and present the company’s vision, strategy, and product roadmap to both executive-level and technical stakeholders
  • Deliver technical presentations at large events such as conferences, webinars, and seminars
  • Support marketing efforts by hosting webinars, staffing conference booths, and representing the company at industry events
  • Hold regular technical meetings with clients during rollout, expansion, and support phases, identifying opportunities for further ROI
  • Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with customer teams across the project lifecycle

D-Wave is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong Optimization knowledge to lead technical engagements with North American customers and support the integration and deployment of our quantum computing solutions. In this client-facing advisory role, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor externally, helping customers identify use cases, solve complex problems, and achieve successful adoption of our platform. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, professional services and business development teams to ensure customer needs are met and value is delivered.
