About the role
As a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Trust & Safety Engineering, you will drive technical execution across infrastructure initiatives that protect platform integrity, user identity, and data privacy at scale. You will work directly with Security Engineering, Identity Infrastructure, Machine Learning, and Core Platform teams to design, build, and deploy systems for authentication, access control, and anomaly detection. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering program management, security program management, or an equivalent technical leadership role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical strategies to executive engineering leaders
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to accelerate program strategy, technical problem-solving, analysis, and automation
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in Bellevue, Seattle, San Francisco, or Mountain View
