As the leader, you'll shape how the entire function runs; building a team culture grounded in excellence, discretion, and genuine partnership. The right person for this role brings deep expertise in executive-level support, a systems mindset, and a track record of leading high-performing administrative organizations.
What they're looking for
- 12+ years of experience in executive or administrative support, with at least 4+ years in a people management role leading other managers
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale an EA organization
- Deep fluency in executive-level support workflows: complex calendar management, travel logistics, budget oversight, and event execution
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Workday, Navan, and related enterprise tools, familiarity with tools like Claude, Salesforce, Jira, or similar a plus
- Exceptional judgment and discretion, able to handle sensitive organizational and executive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to earn trust with C-suite leaders and build alignment across teams
