What they're looking for
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles: solutions engineering, solutions architecture, customer success engineering, technical account management, implementation, or forward-deployed work
- Real time spent building enablement for technical teams, not just delivering it
- Experience building onboarding, certification, or technical development programs that people actually finished
- Demonstrated ability to get content out of subject matter experts who have no time for you, and ship anyway
- Something you have built, a tool, agent, script, or workflow, that permanently eliminated recurring work. In your application, tell us what it was, what it replaced, and what it is still doing today
- An AI-native operating model: specific workflows that structurally depend on AI, and a clear account of how you would rebuild them if those tools disappeared tomorrow
