About the role
We're hiring a Business Operations Lead to be the connective tissue between customers, sales, engineering, and the field once a deal closes. Robotics deployments are messy: they involve physical sites, live operations, and multiple internal teams that need to move in sync. This role exists to make that coordination systematic instead of ad hoc, covering everything from a signed contract through a stable, running customer site and the internal systems that support the sales and engineering teams behind it. What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, deployment or customer operations, strategy consulting, or investment banking, ideally with time at a high-growth startup
- Direct experience managing real-world, physical deployments, robotics, hardware, or industrial automation experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable acting as the single point of accountability across customers, sales, and engineering during a live deployment
- Strong with data: able to build dashboards, read them critically, and turn numbers into a decision
- Communicates equally well with a floor supervisor, a customer executive, and an internal engineer
- Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving instincts and comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments
