What they're looking for
- Proven experience selling payments solutions (payment orchestration, acquiring, gateways, PSPs, fraud, or checkout) — general sales experience alone is not sufficient
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record selling to enterprise accounts in the US market
- Demonstrated experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise deal sizes (e.g., $100K+ ACV)
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into retail, e-commerce, or marketplace verticals is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem: acquirers, card networks, tokenization, approval/decline rates, chargebacks, and fraud
