Position Summary Supports new and existing clients in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing utilization of purchased benefits administration software. Serves as a trusted consultant throughout the onboarding process by gathering business requirements, configuring system settings, coordinating implementation activities, conducting testing, providing end- user training, and ensuring a seamless transition to production.
