About the role
Dorsia is seeking an IT Manager to build and operate our internal IT function as the company scales across New York and Miami. The role owns the IT roadmap end to end, spanning identity and access management, device security, compliance readiness for audits and enterprise partnerships, vendor and hardware management, and day-to-day support for both offices.

- Build and own Dorsia's IT roadmap, anticipating needs ahead of headcount growth, new offices, and expanding platform offerings
- Define the standards, policies, and documentation that shape how the team adopts and uses technology
- Plan and manage the IT budget, balancing cost efficiency with the quality of the employee experience
- Build a scalable support model with clear intake, response standards, and a self-serve knowledge base
- Report on IT health, risks, and priorities to leadership
- Design and maintain integrations that connect internal tools across People, Finance, Operations, and beyond
