As our Staff DevOps Engineer, you'll be the person who makes that happen: designing the AWS infrastructure behind our platform, shaping architecture decisions alongside engineers, and building the automation and tools that help the whole team move faster. What they're looking for
- 7+ years in an Ops, DevOps, or SRE role, with real system design and architecture experience
- Engineer-level knowledge of networking and security, plus a solid grasp of load balancing fundamentals
- Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform, working as part of a multi-user infrastructure team
- Experience with CI/CD and build/deploy automation tooling (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, GitOps)
- Experience running enterprise monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog
- A track record of resolving complex on-call incidents and leading RCAs that lead to lasting fixes
