- Strong experience independently developing and managing RFPs, RFQs, proposals, bids, or other complex customer responses from intake through submission
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and content-development skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and persuasive responses
- Strong understanding of proposal compliance, including the ability to interpret solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria and translate them into a complete response
- Ability to effectively interview and collaborate with subject matter experts while independently owning proposal development and final production
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex deadlines and coordinate effectively across technical, business, contracts, finance, and sales teams
