About the role

What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business/economics/finance or experience working in financial services is helpful but not a must
- Client-focused with great communication skills and attitude, patient and pleasant demeanour. You will interact with many clients each day via different channels (phone, email, chat)
- You are expected to be a good listener and communicate effectively with our clients and empower them to feel confident about using Endowus
