- 2 to 4 years of product management, ideally shipping within a cross-functional squad model
- Strong execution discipline: you write clear specifications, coordinate engineering and design, and ship quality features on a predictable cadence
- Regulated-domain instinct: you can operate where compliance detail is not optional, and you treat it as a design constraint rather than an afterthought
- A clear communicator and team player who navigates ambiguity and drives well-scoped problems independently
