About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel – Strategic Procurement & Commercial Transactions to join our legal team and support the company’s growing space and defense activities.
What they're looking for
- Lead the drafting, review, structuring, and negotiation of all major purchase and procurement contracts across the company
- Act as the primary legal negotiator for supplier agreements, including hardware, software, services, and launch-related procurement
- Negotiate: Master Supply Agreements (MSAs)
- Framework and framework purchase agreements
- Purchase Orders (POs) and PO terms
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
