About the role
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus. Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
What they're looking for
- Own end-to-end administration of NetSuite, UKG, Adaptive Insights, Numeric, and Zip — configuration, workflows, integration health, and day-to-day maintenance
- Set the standards for how our systems are configured, accessed, and changed, and hold the line on them across stakeholders
- Own access protocols for restricted financial and HR data — user provisioning, role and permission changes, and quarterly access reviews
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and People stakeholders to translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, and process improvements — bringing proposed solutions along with the problems you surface
- Build and use AI/automation tooling every day to eliminate manual work across the systems you own — and ship concrete automations, not proofs-of-concept
- Maintain living documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change decisions so institutional knowledge doesn't live in one person's head
