About Ent

Ent is the intent-aware AI endpoint — reading human, AI, and app activity in real time to tell normal work from risky action and act at the moment of risk. Backed by Sequoia and Felicis.

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Field Marketing to lead the team that puts Ent in front of security buyers — and to make that work measurable. You’ll inherit a growing calendar of events, executive programs, and account-based campaigns, and build it into a function that Sales, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation plan around. This role exists because our pipeline has outgrown the scrappy motion that got us here: we need someone who sets the operating rhythm and owns the number.

What they're looking for

  • You’ve led field marketing for a company selling into the enterprise space and you’ve carried a pipeline number you were measured against
  • You’ve marketed to security buyers — CISOs, SOC teams, security architects — or to a comparably technical enterprise audience, and you can hold a credible conversation about what they care about
  • You’ve run partner and channel co-marketing with shared pipeline goals alongside a direct sales motion
  • You’ve built the measurement layer yourself: KPIs, attribution, dashboards, and the post-program analysis that tells you whether to run it again
  • You’ve managed and developed a field team, including hiring onto it
  • You work shoulder to shoulder with sales, and you’ve influenced executive stakeholders well enough to change where a territory’s investment goes
More about this role

Ent is the intent-aware workspace security platform for securing human and AI-driven work. Built to protect productivity, the new attack surface, Ent understands not just what users and agents do but why, and intervenes at the moment of risk before incidents occur. Where existing tools see events, Ent sees intent, so security teams can step in at the moment of risk instead of investigating days later. Founded by Lou Manousos and Brandon Dixon, co-founders of RiskIQ (acquired by Microsoft) and the team behind Microsoft Security Copilot, Ent is in production with Global 2000 customers across hospitality, financial services, and defense, and backed by Decibel, Sequoia, Crosspoint Capital, Craft Ventures, Shield Capital, Felicis, and In-Q-Tel. We’re now hiring the team that will define this category.

Customer first. The product and the business are built around problems we’ve watched real security teams struggle with — not the other way around. Every roadmap conversation starts with what a CISO told us last week.

Humble. No drama. We hire people who share the mission and trust each other to deliver. Teamwork over showmanship. Accountability over politics. The work speaks louder than...
