About Ent

Ent is the intent-aware AI endpoint — reading human, AI, and app activity in real time to tell normal work from risky action and act at the moment of risk. Backed by Sequoia and Felicis.

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to make Ent's sellers productive faster and keep them sharp as we scale. You'll be our first dedicated enablement hire, reporting to the CRO, and you'll build the function from a blank page: onboarding and ramp, the playbooks for our selling motions, the certification bar, the coaching rhythm, and the measurement that tells us whether any of it worked.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a player-coach sales role, including time owning onboarding and ramp for a quota-carrying team
  • You've enabled sellers in cybersecurity or comparably technical enterprise software, and you can teach the buyer's world — not just the pitch deck
  • You've built a program from scratch rather than administered someone else's: curriculum, certification, ramp plan, and the content behind it
  • You can facilitate. You've stood in front of a room of skeptical quota-carriers and held it, and you can tell us how you know the training changed behavior afterward
  • You've coached on conversation intelligence — Gong or equivalent — and built the scorecards and review rhythm, not just listened to calls
  • You've enabled frontline managers, not only reps, and you understand why that's the difference between enablement that sticks and enablement that doesn't
More about this role

Ent is the intent-aware workspace security platform for securing human and AI-driven work. Built to protect productivity, the new attack surface, Ent understands not just what users and agents do but why, and intervenes at the moment of risk before incidents occur. Where existing tools see events, Ent sees intent, so security teams can step in at the moment of risk instead of investigating days later. Founded by Lou Manousos and Brandon Dixon, co-founders of RiskIQ (acquired by Microsoft) and the team behind Microsoft Security Copilot, Ent is in production with Global 2000 customers across hospitality, financial services, and defense, and backed by Decibel, Sequoia, Crosspoint Capital, Craft Ventures, Shield Capital, Felicis, and In-Q-Tel. We’re now hiring the team that will define this category.

Customer first. The product and the business are built around problems we’ve watched real security teams struggle with — not the other way around. Every roadmap conversation starts with what a CISO told us last week.

Humble. No drama. We hire people who share the mission and trust each other to deliver. Teamwork over showmanship. Accountability over politics. The work speaks louder than...
