What they're looking for
- 3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of Manufacturing engineering, Product engineering, and a third assignment based on interest in either Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality
- On the job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to business unit deliverables
- Online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in the core disciplines that fuel Entegris
- Face-to-face interactions with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings
- Circulate across functional lines working within diverse high-performing project teams
- Establish meaningful relationships with seasoned mentors that are technically and commercially accomplished

ELDP seeks to advance the development of talented engineers through the completion of three 12-month assignments in the areas of Manufacturing, Product, and a final assignment based on interest and business needs in either Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure to high-level company mentors, active learning events with senior leaders and challenging project work that directly contributes to key corporate and divisional objectives.
