About the role
The Payor Partnerships Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted partner for our health plans, from implementation through ongoing value delivery, and is accountable for year-over-year retention, growth, value delivery, and expansion. The Payor Partnership Manager works closely across internal teams to manage day-to-day client interactions, lead health plan reporting and analytics, and identify areas of improvement/innovation in line with health plan partner goals. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years of experience
- Previous experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations
- Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver against aggressive project timelines using project management tools and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong working relationships, navigate various roles and responsibilities within complex organizations, and effectively represent the needs of both the Equip team and the health partner client
- Demonstrated experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base
