EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Human Resources Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the Spring of 2027. Our mission to change an industry is not easily achieved. This internship is designed to give students the opportunity to explore different areas of Human Resources through hands-on experience. During the 10–12 week program, interns will rotate through several HR departments, learn from team members, and gain a better understanding of how each area supports the business.
