This role sits on the People & Workplace team, which means your portfolio of projects varies - from operationalizing a policy change, overseeing a program launch, creating communications and decks for the org etc. The through-line isn't the subject matter — it's your ability to shepherd teams from ambiguous problems to structured solutions.
