- You bring 4+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional projects within enterprise software development environments, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
- You have proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
- You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Enablement teams
- You approach challenges with an analytical and creative mindset, and you thrive in complex systems and evolving environments
- You have experience with project management tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, or similar platforms, and use them to drive clarity, accountability, and execution
- You are familiar with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and understand how cross-functional product teams operate
