What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Tax, Accounting, or a related technical field, or equivalent related professional experience
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technology operations, tax technology, tax operations, compliance technology, or a related domain
- 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing individual contributors, including experience with performance management and capacity planning
- Experience operating and improving multiple technology implementations or operational domains, with a track record of resolving escalations and improving service quality
- Experience partnering with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, assess operational readiness, support testing or launches, and deliver measurable proces
